Our Process
- We first inspect your ball screw for wear and backlash.
- Bearing areas are inspected and then ball screw is disassembled
- Grind nut and screw and electropolish nut and screw. This reduces friction and prolongs the life of your ball screw.
- Then we reload with an oversized grade 10 chrome steel ball
- Reassemble
- Set pre-load and torque to manufacturer's specifications
